Two Charged Following Police Operation in Blue Hills

On Saturday, 4th April 2026, George Andre Lacroy Seymour, a 34-year-old male of Blue Hills,
was formally charged with the following offences:

Detectives of the Serious Crime Unit of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force
(RT&CIPF) charged two individuals following a targeted police operation conducted in Blue
Hills.

• One count of Sending Letters Threatening to Murder
• One count of Possession of a Firearm
• One count of Possession of Ammunition
• One count of Assault on a Police Officer

Additionally, Lamia Sierra Abigail Brown, a 25-year-old female of the same address, was
charged and cautioned with the following offences:

• One count of Possession of Ammunition
  Both individuals remain in police custody pending court proceedings later this week.
• One count of Possession of a Firearm
